Thank You to Frontline Health Workers

As part of the Santa’s Reindeer campaign, Cherish delivered 150 ‘Thank You’ gifts to frontline health workers in Brisbane. Every thank you gift included a beautiful Australian made hand cream by Urban Rituelle valued at $24.95.

Icon Cancer Centre Greenslopes, Greenslopes Private Hospital:

The Cherish team surprised the nurses from Icon Cancer Centre Greenslopes at their Christmas lunch with thank you gifts.

“We are blown away by your Christmas spirit … Thank you for being so generous both with your time and gifts. We all truly appreciated the gift and recognition.”

Duhig Village, Southern Cross Care Holland Park:

"Frontline workers at Southern Cross Care Holland Park were paid a surprise visit from the Christmas elves at Cherish Gifts & Homewares.

Local business owners of Cherish, Sue, Darren and Chrys, wanted to show thanks to the ‘unsung heros’ who work in aged care, recognising their tireless efforts amidst a challenging few years facing ongoing challenges of the pandemic. And with Duhig Village only a short trip down the road from Cherish, this was a chance for locals to support one another.

The staff were delighted to receive a surprise gift of quality Australian-made hand cream from Urban Rituelle.

The staff told us that working on weekends means they often miss out on special events. Thank you so much to our friends at Cherish for their generosity and kindness.

‘Tis the season to be jolly and grateful!”
